Date: September 10th, 2022 
Time: 11:30-6:00pm 
​Location: MRU in the Stanley Gym 

 Intensive week - upon Request

Date: September 12-15th, 2022 
Time: 7:00-9:00pm

The Stanley gym is located in the MRU Recreational Centre. Found across from the Customer Service Center:

What to Bring: 

  1. A water bottle 
  2. A good attitude

WHAT TO WEAR:

  1. Non-Marking Running Shoes 
  2. Athletic wear (preferably tight fitting) 
  3. Hair: Down and Curled 
  4. Make-up: Standard Competition make-up (click here for an example
