Three words I would use to describe myself are: Outgoing, Empathetic, Driven
Dance has always been a safe place for me to unwind and destress. I wanted to continue my passion for dance while going through nursing.
I am currently getting my Bachelors in Nursing. I will graduate and become a Registered Nurse. I plan to work and gain experience in the field for two years and then persure nurses without boarders working abroad in countries with less medical availability.
I started dancing when I was four and began competing when I was six. I’ve trained in a variety of genres including jazz, tap, hip-hop, musical theater, ballet, pointe, contemporary, lyrical, modern, and African dance. I attended Victoria school of the performing arts for high school, where I took dance classes daily. I was on their dance company dance xtreme where we trained extensively and performed for various events throughout the community. Upon graduation I received my international baccalaureate certificate in dance. I auditioned and was selected to train in Philadelphia in eleventh grade where I was extended a scholarship to train in California for a summer. That same year, I was awarded the Victoria Foundation for the arts award to continue my training.
My favorite part about game days is getting to perform! I love hanging out with our amazing team and getting to see all of our hard work pay off!
